1. Please respect your neighbours and turn down your music by 11 p.m.  If you wish to continue your gathering, please do so inside the chalet in a manner that will not disturb your neighbours.
    
2. Rowdy behavior, including excessive noise and obscene language, is not permitted.  You are not allowed to disturb any of your neighbours or interfere with their enjoyment of the resort at any time of the day or night.
    
3. The chalet was rented to your group based on an understanding of the number of people who will be occupying the chalet.  You may not have more people "staying" or "residing" in the chalet than was agreed upon.
    
4. Do not leave garbage outside on the road.  A bin has been provided on the property and the key was given, with the key to the chalet, to the person who signed the rental agreement.  Please keep the bin locked at all times.
    
5. It is against the law to carry open liquor or beer on the roads or in public areas etc.  Please place all beer bottles back in their cases and do not throw beer bottles in the ditches or on the roads.  Police regularly patrol the area and they will issue fines.
    
6. Please do not park on the side of the road.

The township of Collingwood has enacted a noise bylaw 92-28 and Tyrolean Village Resorts has adopted a "Zero Tolerance" policy, as follows, with regard to violations of this bylaw.

If Tyrolean Village Security has to visit a chalet due to boisterous behavior, loud music, overcrowding, etc., tenant will be given a written warning that states, "If the following behavior does not stop immediately, your group will be evicted without further warning and your security deposit forfeited."

If Tyrolean Village Security has to visit the chalet a second time, they will, along with the O.P.P., escort the tenant and guests off the premises.
